Job Description
- Check arrival lists to greet incoming guests.
- Attend to distinguished guests, such as VIPs, and address their queries.
- Assist in assembling welcome folders containing informational materials like room service menus and local area descriptions.
- Offer details about amenities, nearby attractions, and available services while promoting offerings.
- Proactively anticipate guest requirements and establish positive relationships with patrons.
- Provide aid with various tasks, such as confirming travel plans and relaying messages.
- Handle guest complaints, escalating to the Guest Relations Manager as necessary.
- Maintain a daily logbook of pertinent information.
- Uphold adherence to health and quality standards.
Minimum Experience - 5 years
