A Hotel Management Graduate and MBA with an enthralling 22 years of industry exposure. He has served in various five-star hotel chains - Grand Heritage Hotels and Business Hotels in India. His strong experience in Food and Beverage, Hotel Operations and Retail has given him the strength to turn around the hotel business.

Having worked within the corporate structure of leading hotel companies, his immense knowledge is supported by very sound implementation abilities in operations management, and project and site management. He has credentials in transforming a loss-making venture into a highly profitable one. His last assignment was with an international chain of hotels as Head of Indian Operations.

Amit’s core competency lies in Hotel Operations, Food and Beverage, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Controlling and Relationship Management.

Arun understands the essence of hospitality and always emphasizes the quality of guest experience above all else. An able and inspiring leader, he makes the commitment to success, a matter of team effort rather than an individual pursuit.
